What is Order Cashback? Where does the money come from?
Order Cashback is a cash reward you receive based on your actual payment when shopping on Shopee or TikTok through the MOVA app. The cashback funds come from brand promotions or marketing fees. Once the platform reviews your transaction through a secure and transparent process, the cashback is credited to your account, ensuring a reliable and rewarding shopping experience.
Why didn’t I receive cashback for my order?
There are several possible reasons:
1. Seller does not offer cashback
Some sellers do not participate in the Cashback program.
2. Order issues
If the order is canceled, returned, or refunded, the system will not provide cashback.
3. Policy adjustments
Sellers or Shopee/TikTok can adjust the cashback ratio based on relevant provisions, which causes changes in the cashback amount.
4. Fraud detection
Cashback may be denied if fraudulent activity is detected, such as using multiple Shopee/TikTok accounts on the same device, or purchasing from your own store and other illegal behavior.
If none of these apply and you still haven’t received your cashback please contact customer service with your order number for further assistance.
Why does the cashback amount on the order page differ from the product page?
Estimated vs. actual cashback: The cashback shown on the product page is an estimate. The final amount is calculated based on your net payment after deducting shipping fees, taxes, coupons, discounts, or other cashback.
Policy adjustments: Sellers or platforms may update cashback policies, affecting the final amount received.
When will Cashback be credited to my account?
Invitation Bonus: Credited immediately after a successful invitation
Order Cashback:
Shopee: Orders confirmed for receipt last month will be settled on the 25th of each month, and can be withdrawn after settlement.
TikTok: After the order is completed (estimated 3–15 days after placing the order), cashback can be withdrawn.
The exact timing is subject to Shopee/TikTok’s rules.
How can I speed up my cashback payout?
To speed up the cashback arrival process, for Shopee products, it is recommended that you click the “Confirm Receipt” button as soon as the logistics confirm delivery and there are no after-sales issues. This action will immediately move the order to the “Pending Settlement” status, placing it into the queue for the nearest settlement date.
If you do not click it, the order may be delayed by up to 7 additional days until the system automatically confirms receipt before entering the settlement process.
If the cashback has still not been received on the settlement date, please contact customer service the next day for verification.
Why can't I see the order after placing an order?
You will see TikTok orders within 20 minutes to 24 hours after ordering and orders on Shopee within 1-2 days after ordering. Please allow processing time. If it exceeds that time, please provide the order number and contact Customer Service for further verification.
Why does the order still show "Pending Settlement" on the settlement date even though it is marked as completed?
The “Order Completed” status you see usually refers to the end of the transaction process on the buyer’s side. However, to enter the final settlement stage, the order must go through the following two key steps:
Platform Review: To ensure transaction security and handle potential returns or after-sales issues, platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and the sellers will conduct an internal review of completed orders.
System Settlement: Only orders that pass the platform review will enter our settlement system queue. The system will process them in batches on the night of the settlement date.
Therefore, seeing a “Pending Settlement” status on the settlement date is a normal occurrence.
Our suggestion:
Please be patient. The majority of orders will be settled before 24:00 on the settlement date. We recommend checking your account status the next morning. If there is still no update by then, feel free to contact us.
Why is my order still "Pending Settlement" even though I requested a refund on Shopee/TikTok?
The platform needs time to verify your refund request. Once the process is complete, the order status will be updated to “Invalid.”
How much is the withdrawal fee?

How long does it take for the withdrawal to be processed?
Withdrawals are processed within 1 business day after platform verification. Delays may occur due to system maintenance or public holidays.
